SUMMARY:
Residential Conveyancing & Shared Ownership Locum- A locum opportunity for an accomplished Property Solicitor to provide interim support within a very well-established firm in Bristol.
JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancing & Shared Ownership Locum PQE REQUIRED: 3 + LOCATION: Bristol SALARY: Dependant on Experience
THE ROLE: Are you an experienced Property Locum with the capability to provide locum support on a range of residential property and shared ownership matters while the firm recruit permanently? ASAP support required in office advising on a complete range of shared ownership & residential transactions.
THE CANDIDATE: Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in undertaking a varied caseload of both residential and shared ownership property transactions. The requirement is for someone to be capable and confident in working alone and able to hit the ground running picking up an existing caseload. You must be available to commit to full time and work in office, the ideal candidate will be energetic, tenacious, possess excellent communication skills and someone who takes a methodical approach to planning and organisation.
