Corporate Solicitor NQ-4 Years PQE Nottingham

My client, a top 50 law firm and consistent top tier legal 500 place holder is currently seeking a solicitor to join their Corporate team in Nottingham. This is an exciting role for an ambitious solicitor with experience of working on complex, high value Corporate cases to become a key part of an established and growing team.

The Role:

You will primarily undertake transactional work with the opportunity to gain experience of a wide variety of work across their Industrial and General M&A, FS M&A, TMT M&A, Public Company Advisory, Private Capital, Energy and Infrastructure and Reorganisations teams.

The workload will including but may not necessarily be limited to the following fields:

• Industrials and General M&A
• FS M&A
• TMT M&A
• Public Company Advisory
• Private Capital
• Energy and Projects
• Reorganisations

Requirements:

Will ideally be 1-4 years' PQE with a healthy amount of experience in the above fields. Newly Qualified solicitors may also be considered for this role.

Benefits:

• Salary - £51,000 +
• 26 days' holiday, an additional day over the Christmas period and the opportunity to bull/sell up to 5 days holiday a year.
