BUSINESS ANALYST
TRAINING PROVIDED
HYBRID WORKING ROLE
WOLVERHAMPTON BASED
You support the transformation projects to replace existing processes which rely on Access databases with SQL. You will collate and report on key metrics and identify root cause drivers to deliver real value. You will use analyze data to highlight market trends and identify business risks and opportunities. You will also focus on report development in visualization tools aim to reduce non–value–added data gathering to put insights directly into stakeholders' hands.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily, weekly, and monthly KPI report generation and data provision across all levels of the business.
- Running and improving existing management information reports.
- Measurement of operational performance and feedback to management team on key drivers behind the customer experience
- Work with Aftermarket business development team on market and customer analysis to improve or monitor Actuation Services performance
- Support development of SQL database.
- Develop robust automated business reporting.
Knowledge & Experience
Essential Skillsets.
- SAP
- Excel & Access – able to manipulate large data sets
Desirable skillsets.
- SQL – as part of a larger project, some reporting is staring to be done in SQL, but not enough for it to be an essential skillset
- Tableau – same as above
Further Information
- Monday – Thurs 8am – 4.45pm and Friday 8–12pm (full time 37.5hrs) – Hybrid working (no weekends)
- Training given as and when needed and Successful client
- ASAP Start
