Head of Change – Top Tier Financial Services – Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience essential

Our client is looking for a Head of Change who has proven experience conducting reviews a change functions, reshaping/restructuring teams, managing/mobilising large scale complex change programmes and rolling scaled agile out across a business.

• Responsible for the management and oversight of Change Portfolio budget
• Accountable for leading, delivery and alignment of the Change Portfolio to the strategic change agenda
• Take overall accountability for the change management approach
• Provide reporting across the change portfolio
• Ensure business objectives, outcomes and requirements are understood and met within all change delivery activities
• Oversight across the entire portfolio of change
• Provide strong leadership and effective management of project and PMO resources
• Enforcing best practice and governance across the Change teams
• Work collaboratively with other teams to bring together their Scaled Agile technology function

Essential for this role:

• Extensive financial services experience required, wealth management highly desirable
• Experience of the applications and technologies used to support wealth management
• Expertise in using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), with experience in working with value stream and portfolio management methodologies
• Proven experience at the Head of Change level
