You will be able to negotiate visibility and joint marketing plan, push NPD, and hit high targets. The role will also need to manage D2C channels such as Amazon and E–Commerce website hosted on Shopify.

Description
- Be responsible for B2B Sales via leading beauty e–retailers (Feelunique, LookFantastic, Escentual)
- Be responsible for the online D2C sales: Amazon and E–Commerce
- Adapt and execute the Global Digital Marketing strategy for the UK market
- Be the Brand Guardian for brand consistency within any online sales
- Deploy Digital tools to support business growth
- Manage team of junior eKAM executive and digital marketing coordinator
- Manage digital budget & be responsible of e–retailer P&L and sales forecast
Profile
- B2B sales skills it is a must. D2C sales a plus
- E–retailer and E–commerce platform analysis
- Good understanding of partnership and affiliation
- Any CRM platform knowledge is necessary, preferably Salesforce CRM
- In–depth knowledge of email marketing and best practices; including segmentation and high–volume list pull, and developing automated and lifecycle programs
- Experience with Amazon, Feelunique, LookFantastic, Escentual will be essential
