The role of Head of Marketing:

As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for developing and delivering the UK, local marketing initiatives as well as supporting more global programs with the support of your marketing team.

• Lead and develop the marketing team
• Responsible for recruiting and developing team
• Development and rollout of UK strategy
• Brand strategy and communications
• Planning and reporting on a wide variety of campaigns
• Stakeholder management
• Working with Global market
• Develop KPI reporting
• Agency management
• Budget responsibility

The requirements for Head of Marketing:

• Leadership experience
• Experience working in a service lead industry
• Strong communications experience
• Experience working in an international team would be desirable
• Experience in online and offline marketing.
• Interest in Health and well being
• Budget management
