Agile Delivery Manager (GDS) – Central Government Department – 6 Months with likely extension – Fully Remote

Hays are partnering with a large central government looking to recruit a number of Senior Agile Delivery Managers to work on a range of large digital programmes and services. The roles are 6 months with very likely extension, fully remote based and offering up to GBP550p/day (Inside IR35)

Your new role

Within the role you will lead large and complex digital teams, typically working on interesting public facing services. You will coach and mentor team members to apply the most appropriate agile and lean tools and techniques.

What you'll need to succeed

To succeed within this role you must be a seasoned agile delivery manager, used to working on large and complex digital services. You will be an agile expert, perhaps with a background as an agile coach / scrum master, having transitioned into a delivery manager. You will have significant exposure working to GDS standards and have a background in the public sector.
