A progressive, investor backed multi disciplinary engineering and environmental consultancy with a good market reputation is looking to build an urban planning service line to compliment their existing committed clients and new markets.

Operating from a offices within the south east, midlands and north of the UK, our client has demonstrated above market average growth over the last few years, despite recent events and has benefitted from considerable investment to enable further growth. A new business leader is now sought who can demonstrate a track record of growing business within the UK planning industry and can recognise the positive opportunity for doing so again.

The incoming Director would form part of the board, have strategic influence over the direction of the organisation and have the autonomy to grow their division in an empowering culture. In return they will be provided with equity and a generous package befitting their experience and performance.
