The Role:
We are currently recruiting for a Finance Business Partner to work in our Wolverhampton or Gloucester office to provide financial support across the Q Underwriting Division. You will be working with the business to provide monthly/daily Management Information, compiling KPIs, building reports, reviewing Profit & Loss, involved in budgeting and forecasting, supplying ad–hoc data to the business.
Reporting to the Senior Finance Business Partner, this role would suit someone who is committed to working to deadlines, be highly accurate, proactive, organised, have excellent excel skills, is able to build a natural rapport at all levels and keen to work in a changing and growing environment. You will have attention to detail, experience in reconciliations, investigating problems and must deliver to a high level of service both internally and externally and ideally be able to start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities:
- Production of various monthly reports and analysis of data
- Daily revenue distribution
- Weekly revenue forecast meetings with Operation Heads and weekly reporting to management
- Monthly update of Excel sheet (V–Lookups) for Broker Consolidation Report into SAS (reporting system)
- Monitoring and reporting on Key Broker Accounts
- Monthly trading update to business heads
- Working in collaboration with the Business Finance Team to reduce unallocated receipts and aged debt review
- Involvement with annual budgeting and quarterly forecasts
- Preparation of commentary to support the management accounts
- Support for financial and other data requests from the business
- Be an active participant in various projects within Finance Team
- Forecast and budgeting
- Building reports in Excel
- Reconciliations
- An excellent knowledge of Excel (must include V–Lookups)
- Previous experience gained within the Insurance or Financial Services industry
- Attention to detail, excellent communicator and highly organised.
- Strong accuracy and numeracy skills
- Problem solving through investigation and collaboration with colleagues
