Do you have systems engineering experience? Guidant Global is looking for a Landing Gear Systems Engineer in Filton, and the role comes with an hourly salary of GBP45.00 Limited, GBP50.85 Umbrella or GBP38.44 PAYE.

As a Landing Gear Systems Engineer, you will deliver multiple Epics (large work packages) under the leadership of the End to End Landing Gear Multi–Functional Team Cluster leader. The DDMS programme is an enterprise–wide initiative to transform the business and achieve greater product effectiveness.

If you were currently doing this job, here are some of the areas you would have been working in this week:

• Support business increment planning sessions to secure buy–in to work being launched per business increment
• This includes the use of virtual Klaxoon boards
• Maintain the VersionOne tool, which includes the plan for delivery of the Epic including work breakdown, commitments, scheduling of meetings/ workshops
• Execute the plan to include organising and conducting meetings / workshops
• Identify promising opportunities to meet the DDMS objectives, with an assessment of feasibility
• Make proposals for further landing gear work, with justification and implications.

• Ability to organise and conduct meetings constructively and efficiently
• Ability to assimilate technical information and draw conclusions with justification, author reports and present information clearly and coherently
• Familiarity with use of Google Suite tools.

In return for your passion and expertise, you will receive an hourly rate of GBP45.00 Limited Company, GBP50.85 Umbrella or GBP38.44 PAYE.
