Aberdeen or Glasgow based (with presence at each site)

We have an opportunity for an experienced and strategic senior level HR Business Partner to join us in either Glasgow or Aberdeen.

As part of the Senior Leadership Team at JFD, you will provide professional HR leadership advice and support. You will play a key role by setting and delivering against the overall Employee Strategy with an interface to the wider Group providing strategic and operational HR leadership to drive the delivery of the Company Strategy and Employee Strategy.

The company is at the forefront of Hyperbaric Rescue, along with being the leading supplier of commercial and defence diving equipment and saturation diving systems to the commercial industry. Our diverse range of products meet the challenges of the various diving industries in which our clients operate and we are the largest manufacturer and supplier of professional diving equipment worldwide.

We would look to you to impact key areas such as change management, organisational design and employee relations, you will take an active role in the development of team members and the wider HR team and work with the Senior Leadership Team and wider HR team to analyse current employee culture and engagement and drive forward improvement plans.

Leading the annual cycles of people activity within JFD e.g. Organisational Management Review (OMR), performance discussions, pay review, bonus, employee engagement survey etc you will work with local markets to ensure compliance with people processes and legislation within each country whilst taking an active role and contribute to PLC HR ongoing initiatives to fulfil the Employee Strategy.

With 4 direct reports based in the UK, Australia and Singapore global experience would be advantageous. You must have a firm grasp of employment law, employee relations and HR best practice, leading organisational change initiatives including mergers and acquisitions, restructures and have the ability to work in a fast paced, complex and dynamic business environment.

You will need excellent people management experience and strong influential stakeholder management experience.
