Software Developer Digital Learning Consultant (Apprenticeship Coach)

You will be responsible for coaching and mentoring a group of learners working towards the successful and timely achievement of their apprenticeship programme.

Skills and Experiences:
Have an organised approach with the ability to handle a large caseload of learners
Strong written skills are essential due to the data recording/written feedback element of the role
Ability to motivate learners as well as work to deadlines
A key part of the role is to provide learners with feedback and support on IT Support concepts. It is therefore important that you have:
Recent industry experience working in a Software Development environment
Proficiency in at least one programming language (such as Python, Java or C#)
Understanding of Data and Database SQL
Knowledge of building Web Applications using HTML, CSS and JavaScript
Understanding of Microservice and API's, DevOps and Agile principles and methodologies, software testing etc.
Excellent communication and coaching skills
Self–motivated with a customer centric focus
Ability to diagnose learner needs and adapt to their requirements in a remote environment
Guide and influence issue resolution
Attention to detail with strong administrative skills
Able to manage own time and prioritise appropriately
