Exciting opportunity for a Agile Business Analyst: Offshore Wind Investments Sector to join this global Energy company. They are seeking a Senior level BA with at least 5 years or more experience, strong Agile experience in a Consultancy/ private equity background

The Agile Hub sets out to do things differently by taking a unique approach of balancing human–centred and digital design with an Agile technology capability to tackle complex problems in original ways. With a huge variety of potential projects and digital products to build across the business, you'll be challenged to think and do differently, with the opportunity to get involved at all stages from discovery and design to embedding and scaling. What we want Someone with previous experience working in Agile product teams bringing products from early concept to launch.

Someone with a corporate finance and/or Private Equity background to help evaluate and digitise the financial aspects of the valuation process in offshore wind investments. Someone who is proficient writing user stories and acceptance criteria and experienced with business modelling. Someone comfortable interacting with and able to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders. Someone who has an understanding of the implications of technology on projects and is curious to learn and adapt to new ways of working and thinking. Someone excited by creating the next generation of digital products and services that are built on solid business foundations.

The Opportunity
• BA Role will be in the Offshore wind investments sector
• Primary focus will be on digitising the financial aspects of the valuation process in offshore wind investments
• BA will be expected to support with:
• Requirements Gathering
• Definition of User Stories
• Implementation support as per delivery plan
• QA process and QA activities
• The Product Owner to help prioritise and maintain the backlog

What you'll need in your toolkit
• You'll be the partner to the Product Owner, focusing on business viability, owning and prioritizing the value stream.
• You'll help translate the vision, priorities, user needs, and constraints into testable business hypotheses and/or requirements for the design and tech team.
• You'll bring business rigor through components such as "size of the prize"/market sizing, strategic frameworks, financial models and business cases including defining and tracking Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the solution.

What does a week in the life look like?

• Assist the Product Owner with managing stakeholders, setting scope of product, and
translation of vision into software definitions, considering user and business needs as well
as tech constraints.
• Write user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Create business cases for products, define KPIs, and measure product success metrics.
• Form and tests hypotheses via the creation of working software using a lean innovation
approach.
• Model business processes and create a deeper understanding of the business landscape.
• Support the facilitation of workshops to prioritise, ideate, and define opportunities.
