Real Estate Solicitor - Progression Available - Salary £60k > £80k
Fantastic opportunity for an experienced and Senior Solicitor / Partner to join a highly regarded UK based practice and help expand the Real Estate offering. This firm are a stable Legal 500 practice who have made no redundancies in recent times, despite the changing landscape, and they are continuing to recruit across several divisions nationwide.
You will be dealing with client base that comes from both the West Midlands & Shropshire regions as well as the North West & UK as a whole, whilst managing a broad range of high quality acquisitions and disposals, transactional work, landlord and tenant lease work and development matters.
Whilst the team is only small they are now looking to expand with an experienced Solicitor who is willing to take on this project and develop the department. This role will involve a mixture of fee earning, business development, management and working closely with senior board members to ensure the department is increasing. Assistance from a paralegal will be provided whilst you deal with the more complex £multi-million transactions. Progression to Partnership is on the table and there can be incentive based rewards built into your contract to provide you with further benefits.
