A leading company based in Manchester is looking to grow its Legal team in Manchester with the recruitment of Senior Corporate Solicitors.
The role would be 40% M&A work, 40% restructuring and 20% projects work. This is flexible given candidates experience. It is more of an idea of what to expect.
The firm works with household names and the business development is done as a wider company offering a one stop shop to its clients. The focus lies in managing relations rather than bringing in "new" work.
Candidates are expected to have a PQE of 5+ years and there is ample opportunity to progress within the firm.
The firm also offers lots of flexibility around working hours or WFH and salary for the role is very much negotiable.
