Description
The key responsibilities for the role will be:
- To manage the statutory accounting for EMEA, completing local statutory compliance reporting
- Work in liaison with the international statutory accounting team
- Ensuring that all statutory processes adhere to SOX and local GAAP
- Work with our external service providers for the preparation of the annual Statutory Accounts for EMEA entities
- Manage relationships with the wider finance functions
- Be the point of contact and manage the relationship with our external service provider for the provision of information in order to complete both direct and indirect tax returns, and all local compliance reporting.
Profile
The successful candidate needs to be:
- Fully qualified and available immediately or on short notice
- Have experience with SAP
- Be pro-active, a self starter, and be able to explain examples of independent problem solving
- Have worked with a multi-national previously, and be confident working in a multi-currency environment
