Job Description

The Product Director has overall responsibility for the product ideation, management and delivery across Rank Interactive. A senior leadership role, you will lead on the development of customer–led strategies and mindset and the successful delivery of product. The team will proactively engage across multiple business and technology teams, a crucial element to Rank Interactive success via our proprietary technology and working with key partners.

As part of the senior team, you will be a key voice in the development of strategy, plans and the development of Interactive teams and people.

Your Main Accountabilities and Responsibilities will be:

  • Manage a multi–location/discipline team covering product insight, management and delivery
  • Develop and implement an integrated Product strategy and roadmap to deliver, including content, new brands and features
  • Oversee key partner and 3rd party relationships – management of resource, product, relationship and budget
  • Ensure omnichannel activity is a core part of Product and operational thinking – support the key relationships with Venues teams and people
  • Develop and implement the process and delivery flow focused on communication, efficiency, automation and continuous improvement
  • Report and monitor to meet communication point above
  • Define and regularly review our biggest competitors; make recommendations and feed into roadmaps
  • Regularly review and update customer feedback; make recommendations and feed into roadmaps and operational processes
  • Manage senior and key stakeholder relationships internally including Technology, Marketing, CSH, F&P and group teams

Qualifications

  • Detailed knowledge of product development – clear evidence of customer focus and efficiency
  • Significant experience working within the online gaming/betting industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills – both written & verbal, ability to formulate and present a business case to multiple audiences
  • Ability to manage staff effectively and maintain positive working relationships, direct and indirect
  • Excellent organisational & time management skills with the ability to prioritise work and schedules effectively – for self and others
  • Strong attention to detail, able to accurately compile and proof–read documentation
  • Proven team player with the ability to be self–motivated and work on own initiative
  • Ability to influence stakeholders to ensure deadlines and targets are met
