Programme Manager – Alternative Provision, Fleet Education Services Ltd

Fleet Tutors is an education provider committed to providing high quality teaching and learning for all our learners. Our Alternative Provision service provides education for children & young people who are not currently in education. Our ultimate aim is to support these learners to achieve the best academic and engagement outcomes possible based on their individual abilities which will ease the transition until they are able to return to school (mainstream or specialist school placements).

Many of these learners experience varying degrees of SEND, SEMH & SPLD incl LAC and those with EHCP's. Apart from their vulnerabilities some have been further disadvantaged due to their prior learning experiences and life circumstances. We aim to narrow the achievement gap by creating bespoke, curriculum–based tuition programmes, tailored to support their special needs. Fleet Tutors' Alternative Provision Service innovative education provision aims to inspire and encourage them to achieve their absolute best through one–to–one tutoring and mentoring.

If you are passionate about improving outcomes for disadvantaged learners, improving the quality of teaching and learning as well as supporting tutors to deliver innovative and interesting lessons with an established tutoring company, this could be the position for you.

You must be committed to Safeguarding & Child Protection as well as Equality, Diversity & Inclusion.
