As a Business analyst you will be operating as a key member of the Payments Team to shape, define and prioritise new business initiatives and change programmes.

Essential Business Analyst Experience:

• Excellent written & verbal communication including technical writing.
• A proactive and driven attitude.
• Outstanding analytical skills to accurately interpret the customer's business needs in order to translate into application and operational requirements.
• Demonstrable ability to create workable solutions to business problems.
• Experience in Financial Services.
• Understanding of product development and management in an Agile environment.

Desirables for the Business Analyst role:

• Business Analysis certification or relevant industry experience.
• Understanding of Salesforce.
• Experience in Six Sigma/Lean processing.
• Solid understanding of APIs.
• Demonstrable experience in re–platforming projects.
• Experience with software development and/or SaaS product integration.
• Ability to effectively communicate large amounts of information to a broad range of audiences.
• Ability to be highly productive and tenacious in a fast paced environment.

Benefits package:

• Competitive Salary – GBP62,000–GBP80,000
• Annual variable bonus up to 20%
