Our client is seeking to recruit an experienced CMO to join the team in London and lead all aspects of global marketing and communications.

Reporting to the CEO, this is an integral role, working with senior management on the strategy of the firm across the firm's divisions; wealth management and private markets, developing and coordinating messaging and alignment of marketing strategies to elevate the brand globally across all audiences.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage a yearly global marketing and communications plan
• Oversee all aspects of marketing and communications including brand positioning, brand and thought leadership content, internal and external communications, digital programs and content, events, webinars and speaking opportunities
• Partner closely with the business development team to manage all business development collateral
• Manage all public relations and develop a plan to increase global awareness of the brand, as well as in local markets
• Produce high–quality content that positions the firm as an industry thought leader
• Provide leadership and coaching to the global marketing and communications team

YOUR PROFILE:

• A team player and passionate leader, able to develop and execute global branding and marketing strategies tailored to different markets and audiences
• Demonstrable experience across multiple disciplines of marketing and communications and the successful delivery of campaigns that increase and leverage organisational visibility, credibility and brand recognition, driving growth and ROI
• Ability to thrive in high pressure and rapidly changing environment
• Exceptional knowledge of marketing best practices and platforms
