Job Title: Digital Programme Manager
Overview:
Eden Brown Synergy is working in partnership with an NHS Organisation based in Devon who are seeking to recruit a Digital Programme Manager. The Organisation is embarking on the biggest programme of clinical pathway transformation it has ever undertaken which will deliver care in Devon in a way that is both clinically and financially sustainable. The post–holder will work as part of Programme Management team to assist and provide expert Programme Management for one or more of the digital transformation delivery streams within the programme.
Your new role as a Digital Programme Manager:
The post holder will provide project expertise to facilitate the development, delivery and monitoring of various digital projects as part of the programme, maintaining rigorous project governance and documentation management throughout the lifecycle of each assigned project in accordance with Trust policy.
The post holder will need to have the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently within an environment of change, along with having the ability to communicate with both internal and external stakeholders at varying levels of expertise and responsibility.
The post holder will be allocated projects associated with the Digital aspects of the Organisations transformation programme to ensure delivery of milestone outcomes, key performance indicators and overall objectives on time and within allocated resources.
Experience & Qualifications Required:
Degree qualification or equivalent experience.
Significant experience and record of achievement in delivering digital projects and programmes in the public sector to required cost, quality, working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Significant experience in management of projects in NHS including meeting the needs and requirements of a large acute Foundation Trust.
Knowledge of project management methodologies and techniques for planning, monitoring and controlling projects including risk management.
