A growth-focussed US law firm based near Chancery Lane presents a great opportunity for an experienced 2 to 8PQE Employment solicitor.
About the role
You will be tasked with delivering high quality, profitable legal support to Armstrong Teasdale clients, as well as supporting other departments when employment issues arise for their clients.
You will be expected to run your own files and develop strong relationships with clients.
Active contribution to business development and marketing initiatives is expected, along with supporting the career progression of junior and/or trainee solicitors.
About you
You will be joining us at a time of growth - both in the UK and the US - and we are looking for the right person to grow with us.
You will have at two to eight years' recent UK employment experience at a commercial law firm, and be motivated and able to exercise a high degree of self-management along with the ability to prioritise.
You will be a team player with a flexible approach to work; you should be confident, results-driven and pro-active. Accuracy and attention to detail are essential, as are strong communication and negotiation skills.
You will have a current England and Wales practising certificate (or the entitlement to obtain one) and a minimum 2:1 degree (preferably in law).
Additional language skills would be desirable.
