An excellent opportunity for a Multi-Site Finance Manager to operate with a well known brand, working between sites there will need to be some travel to Grimsby but also elements of working from home.

Description

• Responsible for the financial control elements of the site
• Reviewing and advising around the performance of the sites
• Have strong relationship with the operations team as well as central finance
• Working with multiple commercial stakeholder, business partnering with the necessary teams
• Looking after KPIs and tracking key trends and metrics
• Line management and the personal development of these individuals
• Working to always be improving processes and creating efficiencies
• Identify risks and opportunities to enhance performance
• Support the reporting process

Profile

• Qualified accountant
• Ideally from a manufacturing or retail background although not necessary
• Line management experience
• Excellent business partnering skills
• Commercially minded
• Strong influencing skills
