Business Analyst
Location: Mostly home working with infrequent travel in to Bristol and Midlands.
Salary: c.GBP45K

Key responsibilities:
* Work with the business to understand their problems and objectives.
* Conduct interviews, meetings and workshops for discovery and sharing of findings using remote methods or in person.
* Define and manage scope, requirements definition and prioritisation to develop requirements backlogs.
* Analyse how the stakeholders will use the solution in order to complete required activities or tasks.
* Conduct feasibility studies to produce options and recommendation papers for senior stakeholder decision making.
What we're looking for:
* Comfortable working in digital transformation with exposure to large scale projects.
* Flexibility and exceptional communication skills.
* Ability to work with IT Architects, Service Designers, Project Managers and Test Teams.
* Familiar working with Waterfall and Agile Frameworks including hybrid delivery models.
