We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor that is looking for a new challenge, offering existing quality and complex work, alongside side building their own practice.
The role will involve managing a caseload on a range of Commercial Property matters including landlord and tenant, acquisitions, retail and development, and agricultural work, so the ideal Solicitor will be a qualified Solicitor or FILEX (approx. 10 years PQE, but applications from all experienced fee earners will be considered), able to lead on a wide range of property-related matters, be commercially minded with business development skills in order to support plans for growth and develop their own career, excellent technical, IT, client care and communication skills and with a motivated and professional approach to work. In exchange for your hard work and commitment
