I am currently shortlisting for a Associate Project Manager to join a leading independant construction consultancyin the UK and help drive a progressive growth plan in the Bath office.
The successful candidate will have a track record of delivering and networking within the South West region and be passionate about being developing their career to Director and potential Board level as this role offers the opportunity to make transparent promotions alongside business growth.
The practice specialises in working on a range of private and public sector projects across commercial, mixed use, residential and education sectors.
The successful candidate will have a Construction Degree and a track record of delivering within a consultancy environment, acheivement of MRICS/APM would be desirable but most important is the ability to engage and grow client relationships cas well as a strong track record in delivering PM cpnstruction projects with values between GBP5m and GBP15M. knowledge of NEC and JCT contracts is essential also
