Zachary Daniels Retail Recruitment is proud to be partnering with a major charity in their search for a Head of Central Operations based in London. Our client has circa 200 stores across the UK and has significant investment to grow the store estate and an exciting online retail platform making this a fantastic time to join this forward thinking, highly commercial charity organisation.
The role
To be our clients new Head of Central Operations you will have a significant experience within a retail central operations function and be comfortable in leading and challenging through out the organisation. This role is critical to the growth plans and future development of the business.
This is a senior role reporting directly to the Board so the successful candidate will play a significant part of shaping the business strategy. This is not an implementation role but one that requires the design and delivery of company wide strategies across retail and logistics. You will be the go to voice for retail bringing together all of the support functions across the business.
Additionally this is a brand new role which has been created by the Executive team giving the successful candidate a unique opportunity to shape the position for the short and long term.
This is a hybrid role with a mix of office and home working.
The candidate
Our client's Head of Central Operations position requires candidates to have significant experience in retail central operations. Candidates will be able to demonstrate project design and delivery within retail, online and/or supply chain functions.
The package
The salary on offer for this position is up to GBP70,000 per annum and car allowance.
