As a member of the management team you will be responsible for the delivery of – and future development of – our projects and services. You will provide leadership and supervision to the people delivering those services to our clients.
The key responsibilities for this role are:
Ensuring service delivery – meeting KPIs, contract performance and service delivery plan
People management – line manager, coaching and support for direct reports and wider team
Project management – introduction of, management and exiting of funded projects
So if you can meet those responsibilities we would love to hear from you.
As Head of Operations you will be able to demonstrate strong leadership and collaboration skills to support an inclusive working environment for staff and volunteers and work pro–actively with a range of stakeholders across the borough.
The successful candidate will be a confident and positive leader who is resourceful and highly organised. An understanding of Citizens Advice is an advantage but is not essential. More important is someone who will relish change and be curious as to how we can do things differently, reviewing processes to save time for our teams and support better outcomes for our clients.
For a job pack please contact Gael Holloway at Citizens Advice Wokingham. For an informal chat about the role contact Jake Morrison, Chief Executive.
The Citizens Advice service values diversity promotes equality and challenges discrimination. We encourage and welcome applications from people of all backgrounds. We particularly welcome applications from disabled and Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic people, as they are currently underrepresented in our workforce.
