Stanton House is partnering with a global FMCG household brand to hire their UK Finance Director, a crucial member of the leadership team. This role will take full ownership of leading the business in the development and delivery of its financial strategic goals and will lead, coach and develop a team of Finance professionals responsible for Business Partnering, Financial Operations and Control activities of the business unit.

Stanton House is partnering with a global FMCG household brand to hire their UK Finance Director, a crucial member of the leadership team. To successfully deliver in the profile position, you will need to have:
- Strong academic background
- A Finance qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) with a minimum of 10 years PQE
- Significant post qualification experience in the FMCG sector is essential
- Strong commercial Finance background including FP&A, Business Partnering and Financial Control experience
- Significant strategic leadership experience
- Gravitas and excellent communication skills
A little more information about the role:
- Provide financial guidance and leadership to the Business Unit Management Team in delivering their business objectives.
- Ensure robust business strategies are identified and executed, as well as initiate, develop and lead programs to support strategic priorities and operational delivery.
- Ensure robust financial evaluation of all major business decisions such as pricing and returns on promotional and marketing budgets.
- Ensure appropriate financial controls and risk management processes exist and are executed.
- Ensure financial statements are fully compliant with all appropriate accounting standards and corporate reporting requirements are met in a timely and high quality way.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of direct reports, providing leadership to develop the engagement, capabilities and talent pipeline of the finance division.
