2020 Recruitment are delighted to be working with an established and leading supplier within the engineering industry who are looking for an ambitious, energetic and experienced Business Development Manager to join their Fife team.
The Business Development Manager will be concerned with improving and growing the business, by establishing and developing relationships with customers, suppliers and other partners
This is a fantastic opportunity for a BDM with a technical background and ability to manage various projects and suppliers to join a client who invest in their people.
The Role
As the Business Development Manager you'll identify new business opportunities in order to generate revenue, improve profitability and help the business grow. You will also look at further opportunities within existing business and manage accounts.
You will be responsible for projects that will require multiple suppliers and will be expected to manage all aspects of this ensuring all tenders or quotes are completed.
Requirements
To be considered for the Business Development Manager position the successful candidates must have the attributes required which include:
* Technical Background
* Experience in Business Development
* Supplier Management
* Ability to complete quotes
* I.T. Literate/Social Media
* B2B experience
* Full UK Drivers Licence
Package
As the Business Development Manager your main goal is to generate business for the company and this is rewarded with a very generous commission structure.
You will also be offered a starting basic wage as well as various company benefits.
* Up to GBP28.5K basic salary
* Generous Commission Package
* Pension
* Vehicle or fuel card
* Mobile & Laptop
* Onsite parking
* Various company incentives and benefits
