Regiional Director– Main Dealer Group – Motor Trade
Location: Buckinghamshire
Salary: OTE GBP150k+, plus car, healthcare and benefits

We are currently recruiting for a very exciting vacancy for an Regional Director for a superb dealer group in the Buckinghamshire area.
We are looking for an exceptional talent, who has worked in a Regional Director/Sales Director role for a large dealer group and can demonstrate a high level of success in the role.
Role: This really is an opportunity to work for one of the country's most well regarded dealer groups. We are looking for an exceptional talent, who lives and breathes the motor trade, sales and aftersales.
The right person must be confident, a superb mentor and someone who has strong knowledge and experience of both Sales and Aftersales. You must be able to build upon the already very credible and class leading culture and be confident in your ability to lead a team of General Managers and their sites.
The right individual will lead the way in driving gross profit up, identifying areas that need improvement and implementing the necessary changes.
You must have a solid career history and be able to demonstrate successes, regular achievement and over–achievement of targets set YOY and be able to back up any claims.
Requirements:
– We are looking for a proven and established Regional or Sales Director from a main dealer background.
– At least 2 years experience in the role and former experience as a GM/HOB.
– Must be a confident, driven and dynamic individual, someone who can really engage a large team.
– Must be strong with your numbers – someone who has their finger on the pulse at all times.
– Full UK Driving Licence.
