Group Finance Manager / Permanent role / Based in Merseyside / Salary £55,000 - £65,000
Accountable Recruitment have the pleasure of exclusively supporting our award winning client with the recruitment of an experienced Group Finance Manager into their team. Our high-growth client are a recognised leader within their sector and have expanding operations across the UK.
The business are fast-paced, dynamic and they are now looking for an energetic and enthusiastic Finance Manager / Inspirational leader to join their team! The Group has performed strong, consistently, with impressive year on year growth and the board have continued to invest in the Finance team to support driving the business forward!
Reporting directly into an impressive Group Financial Controller, you will play a lead role in managing a growing finance team. Your role will be well-rounded and hands on where you will lead, mentor and develop your team to really raise the bar and pioneer the best in working practices. Your team will be responsible for managing the full month end close for entities across the group, ensuring deadlines are met with high-quality and accurate finance information.
We are looking for candidates who are inspirational, motivational leaders and really thrive in developing a team to achieve their full potential. You will be a problem solver, committed to ensuring robust controls are in place, making process improvements and supporting with new system implementations.

- Fully Qualified (CIMA/ACCA/ACA)
