Our client based in central Birmingham is a private, not–for–profit centre of excellence, established by Innovate UK to accelerate the transformation of the UK's energy system in pursuit of Net Zero and to ensure UK businesses and consumers capture the opportunities of clean growth.
They have 250 staff spread across the UK with a variety of technical, commercial and policy backgrounds.
As Human Resources Director you will implement an effective and commercially focussed HR and people strategy by working with the senior management team and influencing them on the best course of action.
Candidates will be suitably qualified having a strong background in HR preferably gained within manufacturing.
This role is initially offered on a 9–12 month contract with a salary level circa GBP90,000 plus benefits.
You would need to be in the Birmingham city centre office for a day or two per week.
