The Company

Our client, a precision laser cutting company, are looking for a business development manager specifically from the Tube Laser Cutting environment.

The Role

Identify prospective customers and generate sales in line with the company's expectations and targets.

Develop and build customer relationships and partnerships to enable strong future growth.

Create, define, and implement a strong and robust Business Development Strategy including forecasting and resource requirements.

Achieve agreed monthly sales.

Have a continuous improvement mindset, contributing to the continual improvement of the division.

Produce quotations for projects in line with the companies commercial guidelines.

Communicate customer requirements effectively, interact across departments to enable effective planning and manufacture of orders.

The candidate

Experience of working in a fast paced, high pressure, sub–contract Tube Laser Cutting environment.

Proven track record and experience of generating tube laser sales to achieve monthly targets.

Excellent attention to detail.

The ability to work independently and within a wider team

Exceptional communications skills

A high level of emotional intelligence and effective listening skills
