Eton Bridge Partners is working in partnership with a fast paced, growing SME events/media company, based in London, to appoint their new Finance Director. Reporting into the Group COO, this is a senior level appointment, and an opportunity to shape the business and play a key role in their growth journey.

Key Responsibilities:
- Establish strong working relationships with stakeholders, including the senior leadership team within the wider group
- Take overall responsibility for the Finance and accounting function
- Reviewing budgeting, forecasting, reporting and business information to strengthen business decisions
- Promote strong governance and establish controls
- Maintain strict oversight of cost controls and provide commercial analysis of sales and margins
- Ensure systems are robust, compliant to support future growth
- Ensure accounting policies and practices comply with the relevant local standards
- Qualified accountant with proven SME FD, FC, or Head of Finance experience
- B2B sector knowledge (events/media industry exposure advantageous)
- Experience in a fast paced, hands-on, SME environment
- Experience working across the full range of responsibilities in the finance function
- Exceptional communication skills at all levels
- Ability to handle high levels of analysis, pressure, and critical decision-making
