Description
As a Corporate Solicitor you will deal with a full range if corporate matters including transactional work with the opportunity to gain experience of a wide variety of work across our Industrials and General M&A, FS M&A, TMT M&A, Public Company Advisory, Private Capital, Energy and Infrastructure and Reorganisations teams. Our client is keen to ensure that as an associate you gain good exposure to a wide variety of areas before deciding to specialise further in to your career.
Profile
You will be a Corporate Solicitor of between 1-4 PQE. Please note that this level of experience is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
