Financial Controller required (home working) for high growth multi-site business who have doubled in size within the last year.
Whilst reporting in to the Head of Finance you will join at an exciting time with further acquisitions in the pipeline.
The Financial Controller will have a sound technical background and will gain exposure for most areas of Finance including Due Diligence, Financial and Management Reporting, budgeting, forecasting etc.
For the first 6 Months in the role you will be introduced to gauge a clear understanding as to the operational side of things and get a good feel as to how the reporting and processes are linked to the business.
As the business continues to grow you will work alongside the Head of Finance to ensure that strong Financial Controls are in place to accommodate future growth.
Ultimate Accountability's and duties include:
All areas of Financial and Management reporting, Due diligence, Cash-flow, Budgeting and forecasting, Audit preparation, development and management of the finance team, over-site of transactional finance, process improvements and project work.
This represents a great opportunity for a qualified Accountant to join an exciting business and gain exposure to all areas of Finance.
The ideal candidate will be qualified ACA, CIMA or ACCA with a strong work ethic and the desire to progress. Candidates will be considered if straight from practice as long as they have a good understanding of Management Accounting. Equally a progressive Finance Manager looking to make the next career step would be well suited.
On offer is base salary, Bonus, Healthcare, Pension and home working.
