We are working with a recently US-Listed Technology Analytics firm with a Head Office in Central London. They have gone through a huge period of growth recently and are building out their Sox team alongside this.
They are currently hiring for a Sox Specialist to join them on an interim basis, with a view to then transition to a permanent role in the New Year.
You will facilitate and coordinate the remediation of the business' control gaps, in order to help ensure that the SOX framework, controls, and control activities are operating effectively by the end of this financial year, which will be Year 1 of the SOX Program.
You will need to have lots of experience with Sox, ideally on a contracting basis and showing the ability to hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
