UCA is embarking on its largest change programme in its history UCA 2024, which will see it strengthen its global impact, the impact of its curriculum and support for its people. To oversee, coordinate and drive forward the delivery of the programme we are seeking to appoint a Transformation Programme Manager for a fixed term contract period of two years.

The Transformation Programme Manager will play a key role in facilitating the effective delivery of this ambitious change programme. They will provide active communication between project sponsors, project leads and stakeholders, and will ensure that projects are successfully delivered according to plan, budget and timescales, and interdependent projects are effectively aligned. Working with programme sponsors you will provide direction, support and coaching to project teams and provide robust high–level monitoring and reports, challenge and scrutiny to the programme.

The successful candidate will possess experience of working within a comparable complex environment, ideally within Higher Education. You will have a track record of delivering multiple transformation projects at pace with a wide range of project types and stakeholders and will possess an understanding of and expertise in agile project management methodologies and techniques. To excel in this role exceptional interpersonal skills are essential as is the ability to establish credibility and quickly form effective working relationships with project leads and sponsors.
