A new exciting opportunity for an innovative Associate Director to join a leading MedComms agency in London.

The agency

The agency is one of the most respected creative agencies in the live event space, located in the London. With over 40 permanent employees, the agency is an eclectic mix of creative and scientific minds, digital experts, and project managers who work together to take concepts and ideas and build them into unbeatable brand experiences. Working with global pharmaceutical, tech and electronics companies, they deliver measurable results from daring strategy, at congresses and events. They have been revolutionising the pharma congress experience since 2003 so they know how to take a complex idea and distil it down to its most powerful core message.

Associate Creative Director

They need an experienced senior creative to aid with their team growth after a wonderfully successful year.

Overall responsibilities:

• A day to day mix of hands–on creating and directing
• Work in true collaboration with the client as well as lead on projects to ensure that the client experience is of the highest standards
• Work closely with senior clients and the wider studio team during the kick–off to create strong concepts from the initial briefing.
• Oversee the execution of concepts to final delivery
• Work collaboratively across teams on ideation, creation, and implementation of concepts
• Hold creative responsibility and ensure solutions are delivered
• Provide feedback and direction to the design, copy, and production teams for the best creative output
• Solid creative judgment supported by experience and examples
• The confidence to persuasively present and sell ideas

In return you will receive a competitive salary, in the range of GBP60,000 – GBP GBP80,000, dependent on experience. They are looking for someone is confident in bringing their own ideas to concepts to projects and a proven track record of forming and maintaining client relationships.
