Director of Planning

If you're a motivated, hungry individual that's keen to go out and win business as well as work on plans and designs, this will be a fantastic opportunity for you. Working alongside the director and associate directors, you will be working on fantastic projects all over Gloucestershire and further afield. Your communication and collaboration skills will be well utilised, as you will be working with people in all sorts of industries – from architects and surveyors to ecologists and solicitors.

Good problem–solving skills are essential for this role as you will be faced with a variety of situations that don't always have a straightforward outcome. The ideal person for this role is someone methodical and practical who is not afraid to bring fresh ideas into the practice.

You will be a valued member of a close–knit team that love sharing ideas. There really is no glass ceiling with this opportunity, meaning you can get involved in whatever planning you want to!
