Project Director – GBP60m residential lead scheme
Client : Exciting, Growing Developer
Salary : cGBP100,000 + Package
We have an opportunity for a Project Director to act as the lead on a GBP60m, 16 story residential Project in Manchester, with an exciting Developer who are in the process of expanding, allowing plenty of room promotion opportunities in the near future.
The Project Director will take a lead responsibility to deliver a large Central Manchester residential led, mixed use development consisting of residential, retail units and community hubs.
Key Accountabilities will include:
RC frame sector experience on GBP50m+ residential apartment projects is essential
Detailed knowledge of Health and Safety Legislation
Leadership and people management skills
Influencing skills
Good verbal communication skills
Thorough understanding of project flow and demand fulfilment
Good knowledge of plant and equipment
The ability to work with initiative when outside influences affect planned operations
