Corporate Solicitor - 4+ PQE
Our client is a Legal 500 firm with an excellent reputation. Based in North Surrey, they have a reputation for carrying out high quality work while retaining the benefits of working in a full service regional firm in respect of work/life balance. They are looking for a corporate solicitor from 4 years' PQE to join their busy team of specialists.
The corporate department handle a variety of matters including joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions and corporate restructurings. Clients include PLCs, high net worth private clients and mid-tier businesses. The firm has particularly extensive expertise in advising clients in financial services.
To be considered for this position you will be a Solicitor with strong corporate experience having trained with a City or leading national/regional practice. Experience will include general corporate advisory, fundraising and equity and capital markets.
