A leading national firm, based in Birmingham, is looking to add a Corporate Solicitor to its growing team. The Corporate Solicitor will join on a full-time, permanent basis, working out of the Birmingham office.
The Role
These responsibilities will be handled by the Corporate Solicitor:
- Working on deals for clients from a range of sectors, from start-ups through to large private companies and PLCs.
- Taking on a broad range of corporate work, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, private equity joint ventures, fundraising, capital markets, and general corporate advisory work.
The ideal candidate will have these skills and attributes:
- Candidates should either be Newly Qualified or have up to 5 years' PQE.
- Experience working in a top-tier corporate team at a large regional or City firm is desirable.
- Exceptional technical skills.
- Entrepreneurial approach.
- Business development experience is advantageous.
- Ambitious attitude with regard to career aspirations.
