Senior Quantity Surveyor / Associate Director
Construction Consultancy – Residential / PRS / Apartments / Extra Care
Nuage are representing an International Property and Construction Consultancy with over 10 regional offices in the UK and a strong market presence across, Commercial, Health, Education & Residential sectors.
As part of a wider national strategy to increase their PM / QS service lines in the Residential sector, combined with a huge uplift in awarded projects and frameworks they are recruiting for an Quantity Surveyor bias Associate Director with proven delivery in the Residential sector.
Initially leading a large client framework on Extra Care & Retirement living for a leading housing association, you will also be tasked with support on regional projects as part of a wider enhanced national team.
Liaising nationally with Residential sector Partners, you will be an integral asset in achieving their growth plans for this service line across the North of the UK.
This is an exciting time for the business with a recently promoted appointed CEO, there is huge growth potential and the genuine platform for greater career progression in to Partner.
The ideal candidate will have operated at a minimum level of Senior Quantity Surveyor for a reputable consultancy with proven delivery in the multi room / PRS / residential sector
