As a key partner to the College, you can expect to work closely with a number of internal client groups to understand issues and develop solutions across the full remit of HR activities including employee relations, recruitment and selection, change management and others.

The ability to think flexibly to provide pragmatic solutions to problems is essential, as are excellent project management and time management skills.
