We have a new opportunity for an experienced Interim Head of HR within a West Midlands NHS organisation, to develop and implement workforce strategies and interventions, and oversee the delivery of corporate workforce programmes.
Main responsibilities:
Manage a team of HR Business Partners;
To be responsible for the Workforce Information team; this comprises the Workforce Transformation Lead and ESR Workforce Information function;
To be responsible for the provision of a timely, business centred support to clinical groups in the delivery of their workforce plans, workforce systems and processes;
Develop the Workforce Operations team to drive forward workforce transformation and improve workforce utilisation in Clinical Groups;
Develop the Workforce Information team, systems and processes to drive forward workforce information and data leading to real–time and accessible information to support clinical groups, the Trust and system partners.
Key Skills/Experience:
NHS experience;
CIPD qualified;
Experience of working at a senior level within the workforce function;
Experience of managing a professional workforce team;
Experience of developing strategic plans and focused solutions to support organisational priorities.
