Associate Director / Sector Sales Leader – Sustainability – London
GBP75k – GBP85k basic – OTE GBP105k – GBP115k
A market leader in helping Global Brands work towards sustainability is seeking a Business Development leader to build long–term trusted advisor relationships and close sales with senior decision–makers. This will be a B2B sales role of strategic importance to the future success of helping clients understand their Carbon Footprint and take action to reduce it, using a consultative and solution building approach.
Duties Include:
• Work to build positive long–term relationships with clients
• Express interest and understanding of clients personal and business needs
• Ask open and probing questions to explore client business drivers, short–term issues and priorities
• Formulate sales proposals that best meet client needs
• Meeting with clients and presenting tailored solutions
Experience required:
• Consultative sales approach
• B2B sales
• Building relationships with senior Stakeholders
• Closing senior Stakeholders in one of the following sectors; Manufacturing, Retail, Finance, Legal or Professional Services
• Ability to quickly build trust and dig deep into understanding the client's needs
• Passionate about Sustainability
