We're looking for a talented Account Director to work for our client.

They want to recruit someone with demonstrable experience of Account Management, preferably within risk and compliance software.

The Role:

In the Account Director role you'll be primarily responsible for leading a team of Account Managers and be personally responsible for maintaining and developing strategic key accounts.

You'll report to the VP of Sales and you'll spend part of the working week in the company's London office. For the rest of the week you will be working from home.

In the job you'll be tasked with the following:

– Leadership across key accounts and deliver on growth targets

– Identifying gaps and liaising with different internal and external departments to resolve

– Ensuring that the operational elements of the selected technologies are at high standard

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate for this Account Director role will have relevant experience of Account Management, preferably within risk and compliance software. You'll also need experience of AI & business intelligence technology.

Plus, it's vital that you've got experience of selling a wide portfolio of AI/business intelligence/saas to c–suite Executives.

In addition, you'll need the following:

– Outstanding networking and presenting skill to c–level Executives and key decision makers

– A proven track record of success within a Account Management role

– A good understanding/experience of working within maritime industry

The ideal person for the role will be the following:

– Able to show knowledge of SaaS platforms and AI technologies

– A driven and enthusiastic Team Leader

– Proactive and hungry for success

The Package:

Basic salary: GBP80,000 – GBP100,000 per annum

Bonus: A personal bonus of up to GBP40,000 per annum is also available if you hit your targets
