Business Development Manager
Salary from GBP30,000 – Negotiable based on experience + Car Allowance
Commutable from Hull, Cottingham, Barton, Brigg, Brough, Beverley, Grimsby, Scunthorpe and Immingham

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Business Development Manager to drive sales opportunities into new industry sectors. This is your chance to utilise your extensive experience with innovative ideas to meet growth targets.
The role:
Working closely with the technical team from initial inquiry to final project delivery
Creating sales strategies to ensure the most effective use of time and efficient service for customers
Drive new lucrative business opportunities and generate leads to introduce new products
Build an established database of potential prospects
Develop a professional social media presence to network with other industry contacts
You will need:
B2B sales experience
Manufacturing background advantageous
Accurate administration and record keeping on CRM system
Strong commercial acumen
Ability to send out suitable and engaging sales information to prospect customers, including relevant literature, samples and video pitches
Ability to nurture long lasting business relationships and sales pipeline
Proactive and tenacious approach to winning new business, delivering sales meetings and close deals
Dedicated and driven approach – motivated by success
Gregarious and enthusiastic personality – working well within a team
Business Degree or equivalent qualification or experience
Sound technical knowledge of MS Office – especially Excel
